Course Overview

You will focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application which you will explore through a Dissertation and supporting research methods workshops. Our Master’s Stage Award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or you have demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Master’s stage. Whether you have worked in HRM/ HRD for years or you have recently moved into HRM/ HRD and you would like to progress into more senior management positions, this course provides techniques and academic theory to underpin your work.
